orders under the value of £20, including VAT, are currently dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Goods over the value of £20 including VAT are sent out by our appointed couriers UK Mail. We do, however,
reserve the right to select a carrier at our discretion.
Included in the parcel will be a VAT invoice.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can be subject to circumstances outside of our control.

Most of our products are supplied direct from stock and will be delivered by our chosen couriers and Royal Mail 1st Class Post. ChristmastimeUK™ aim to achieve delivery of 98% of its parcels in the United Kingdom within 48 hours.
From experience, we do realise that carriers come under immense pressure in the build up to Christmas, especially in the London area, and from time to time there are unavoidable delays. Usually, this only means a further day and in the worst scenario, three days. It is worth remembering this problem, if you are trying to order a product to be delivered to you by a certain date in the run up to Christmas. We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time that the order was placed. However, we cannot guarantee this, and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time.
ChristmasTimeUK™ realise that if you have ordered a premium delivery service with us, that it is our responsibility to get the goods to you within the selected time frame. If the goods fail to be delivered within the allocated time, ChristmasTime UK will refund the full amount paid for delivery.
All goods ordered will be delivered within 30 days of receiving the order. If we cannot deliver within this time, ChristmastimeUK™ will inform you and arrange another time for delivery. If another time cannot be agreed ChristmasTime UK will offer you a refund.
We always send you an email to the address that you submitted during the order process to inform you of the despatch of your goods. This will contain a consignment number and the details of your order.

All orders must be placed by 12 Noon Monday to Friday to ensure that they are dispatched that same day. If the cut off time has lapsed, then your order will be dispatched on the next working day. Deliveries will only be made on a weekday (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) and the approximate delivery schedule is 1-2 working days. Delivery will generally take place between the times 7.30am - 6.00pm, although please allow for earlier or later deliveries during busy periods during November & December.

If the cut off time has lapsed, then your order will be dispatched on the following Friday for delivery Saturday. Please note the delivery will be made on the next available Saturday. Deliveries for Priority Saturday Services will generally take place from 7.30am and will be delivered on or before the delivery time chosen, although please allow for earlier deliveries during busy periods.
We would advise that somebody should be at the delivery address to sign for the priority delivery from the earliest delivery time detailed.

Due Soon – Customers will be contacted within 24 business hours should an order be placed for a product where the item is shown as Due Soon. At this point we will advise to you by telephone or e-mail an
approximate delivery schedule.
5 -10 Days – Products which have a delivery time detailed against them will be delivered direct to our customers from our suppliers.
Multiple Deliveries – There may be an occasion whereby you may receive multiple deliveries, for the single order that you have placed. Please be assured that you will not be charged for multiple deliveries.
